Digital Document Writing Conventions

• Ensure there is a half-width space before and after half-width English characters.
• Remember to format documents for JC.
• Always include subheadings in long texts.

Content Editing

• When editing and pasting the content of letters, it must conform to the format or be without formatting.
• When showcasing screenshots in Word, be sure to hide the paragraph marks.
• Numbered lists must be formatted using tools, do not type manually.
• Indentation and layout must not use spaces!
